OCTOBER 20, 2012—PRAIRIE DU CHIEN, WI—Great fishing, intense competition and hefty payouts are on tap in the Cabela’s Masters Walleye Circuit’s 2013 schedule.
The lineup of premier walleye destinations includes:
March 23-24 Illinois River at Spring Valley, Illinois
April 12-14 Detroit River/Lake Erie at Trenton, Michigan
May 17-19 Lake Erie at Huron, Ohio
May 17-19 Pueblo Reservoir at Pueblo, Colorado
May 31-June 2 Lake Michigan at Oconto, Wisconsin
June 7-9 Lake Oahe at Spring Creek, South Dakota
June 28-30 Lake Winnebago at Oshkosh, Wisconsin
August 2-4 Devils Lake, North Dakota
Aug 22-23 St. Mary’s River, Sault Ste Marie, Michigan (held in conunction with first two days of 2013 Cabela’s National Team Championship, which concludes Aug. 24)
Sept. 13-15 Cass Lake, Minnesota, at Stony Point Resort

Teams may fish any three events of their choice to earn points for the no-entry-fee World Walleye Championship, and four tournaments for the Team of the Year race. The Cabela’s MWC is open to all two-person teams regardless of club or sponsor affiliation. Payouts are based on the number of teams fishing each event. Along with great odds of cashing a check, the tournaments offer exciting competition in a professionally-run setting.
